Kevin started playing drums with local community bands at the age of 3.  Hed wander up on stage and break into a drum solo that netted standing ovations.  He didnt start formal percussion lessons until 5^th grade and has been drumming ever since. 

He currently is a member of Highland Park High School's concert band. Kevin has played with several Join-A-Band groups through the Music Center of Deerfield and has been a drum soloist with his school concert and jazz bands throughout his tenure at Elm Place Middle School.  Additionally, he has his own garage band where he plays drums, with a little guitar and bass, as well.  Hes composed several songs on computer and guitar.

Kevin was introduced to acting at age 13, when he landed the principal role of Freddy Jones in Paramount Pictures The School of Rock with Jack Black and Joan Cusack.  The film opened at number one nationwide October 3rd, 2003. The DVD is due out in March 2004.
