“Her impact is still felt today,” Cranford High teacher Kitty White told New Jersey Monthly in 2009. “She kind of put women’s basketball on the map.”
Taking her game up the road to Montclair State University (it was then Montclair State College), the 5-foot-10 Blaze was a three-time All-American from 1976-1978.
