Cara Jocelyn Delevingne was born in London, England, to Pandora Anne (Stevens) and Charles Hamar Delevingne, a property developer. Her parents are both from prominent upper-class families, with her ancestors including Viscounts (Greenwood), Baronets (Hulton, Faudel-Phillips), Majors and Lord Mayors of London.
She began her career as a fashion model, previously the face of Burberry's Spring/Summer and campaigns. She also walked down the catwalk as a model at the Victoria's Secret fashion show and won Model Of The Year at the British Fashion Awards. Delevingne was on the covers of Vogue UK, Vogue Korea, i-D, Love, Russh, Jalouse and Style Spring issue. She was ranked #17 on models 50 Top Models (). Cara Jocelyn Delevingne (KAH-rə DEL-ə-VEEN; born 12 August ) is an English model and actress.[4] She signed with Storm Management after leaving school in [5]Delevingne won Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards in and ,[6] and has also received three Teen Choice Awards and nominations for a British Independent Film Award and an MTV Movie & TV Award.
Delevingne started her acting career with a minor role in the film adaptation of Anna Karenina by Joe Wright.
